Pillager Patrol doesn't spawn in Minecraft bedrock

Lately I've realized that in Minecraft Bedrock the pillager patrol doesn't spawn in the world, I've spent a lot of time on many survival worlds and simply on no occasion does the pillager patrol appear like in Java edition.
