The owner of a world is unable to use the /setmaxplayers command if a world has been transferred to a different device using realms

I move a world from my PS 4 to my PC on the same Microsoft account. I then downloaded it on my PC to be a regular world. I then opened it and it worked fine until I wanted to set the max players to 40. I started to write the command in chat but it doesn’t show even though I am the owner of the world. I tried on all my other devices including the original device that had Minecraft on but I couldn't execute the command. So I’m stuck with a world set to a max of 8 players and I am unable to change it.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a world on 1 device.

  2. Use Minecraft realms to transfer the world to another device.

  3. Download the world to be in your worlds list on the second device.

  4. Open the world and try to use the /setmaxplayers command.

Expected result:

You should be able to change the amount of players on a world using /setmaxplayers

Observed result:

The /setmaxplayers command cannot be executed even though I am the owner of the world.
