Block outline is not visible when standing 4 or 5 blocks away from a block with an entity behind it in Survival mode

Summary:

When standing 4 or 5 blocks away from a block with an entity behind it in Survival mode, the block outline does not appear, but you can still interact with the block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an armor stand

2. Place a block in front of the armor stand

3. Switch to Survival mode

4. Stand 4 or 5 blocks away from the block and look at it

Observed Results:

The block outline is not visible.

Expected Results:

The block outline should be visible.
