When executing command
/fillThis sometimes fails when it intersects with some specific coordinates and gives the message:
You cannot place blocks outside the world
even being inside the world above ground.
It is a bug that no one has reported and that has been present since versions 1.17+
In theory, the command should run normally, and it is unpredictable, as it occurs even in loaded chunks.
Chunks experiencing this error may remain like this for a long time, but after a while they return to normal.
