Normal Creepers having inanimate Charged Creeper Texture

After updating to the latest version release, I entered my friend’s realm server with mods that include ‘Better On Bedrock’. Before the update, normal creepers look normal even with the mods, But after updating, all the normal creepers I see in the world including in our creeper farms looks like they have that skin texture of a Charged Creeper but with the charged effect around it “not animating”. Which gives it out as a texture bug for normal creepers. See the image reference below:
