A bug that stops me from signing in with my Microsoft account

I am trying to sign in to my Microsoft account on my ps5 account I tested it on all my other accounts and it worked I unlinked it after on all and it still doesn’t work and instead says that it is used by another PlayStation tm network but I only resently made the Microsoft account please help me to fix it urgently
