Vibrant Visuals: Block lights on powder snow blocks is not smooth.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Enter a world with Vibrant Visuals enbaled.

2. Go to a dark place.

3. Place a light block (such as a torch), then place many powder snow blocks near it.

4. Look at the powder snow blocks.

Expected result:

Lights on powder snow blocks should be smooth.

Actual result:

Lights on powder snow blocks is not smooth, like smooth lighting is off.

Note:

Sky lights do not have this issue. Enable/Disable Point light does not affect this issue.
