When I create a world and when I make a house I spawn on top or outside even one without a roof it still does that

Have you set your spawn in the house? And does this happen when you rejoin the world, or when you die, or you wake up from the bed?

I already tried to do that

Some clarification is needed here. By "spawn" are you referring to exiting the game/world then reloading the world and your player shows up in a different location or do you mean you have died and show up in a location that is close to but not spawn point or your bed?
