Conduit animation still plays when the game is paused

Can confirm in Windows 11 on 1.21.90.27 Preview.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the Game Pause Toggle in Settings > General

2. Create a Conduit power Structure setup to activate the conduit power Then Press Esc to pause the game

Observed result: The Conduit’s Animation still play while pausing the game.

Expected behavior: When pausing the game, The Conduit’s Animation shouldn’t be play.
