Using right click to equip armor while aiming at an entity will create a ghost item in hand

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Summon a mob or entity

2. Select an armor in your hotbar.

3. Aim at that entity.

4. Right click to equip that armor

Expected result:

The armor item moves from your hotbar to your corresponding armor slot.

Actual result:

Despite there being an armor item in your armor slot, there is still a “ghost” item in your hotbar, it cannot be moved to other place, and disappears if you press Q to drop it or right click when holding it.

If you already have a respective armor equipped before doing step 4, the new armor will replace the origin armor, the origin armor only show up after you drop or try to equip the “ghost” armor.
