] at the end of actionbar command

I tried using the below command the actionbar says Iron Man3544] has completed!

execute at @a[hasitem=[{item=gunpowder}]] run title @a actionbar @a[hasitem=[{item=gunpowder}]] has completed!

The ] is not supposed to be there (Note: Hold Gunpowder for the command to work.)
