Switching from Fancy graphics to Vibrant Visulas in-game turns water transparent

When you turn on Allow In-Game Graphic Switching. If you turn on Fancy Graphics and then go to Vibrant Visuals water will turn blue but there will be no shadows affecting it, that means the water will basically turn into a blue-ish transparent coat. You can see everything below the water and its corresponding shadows are gone.
