Vibrant Visuals: Blocks underwater are no longer colored blue

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter any world with Fancy or Simple graphics

2. Place a magma block deep underwater (so it's easily noticeable)

3. Set time to midnight

4. Observe the magma block underwater

5. Enable Vibrant Visuals

Observed Results:

Blocks underwater are now using their original colors.

Expected Results:

Blocks underwater are still colored by the water.
