Can’t equip shy blush mouth or switch to slim model, and multiple cosmetics in character creator (Bedrock)

Several features in the Minecraft Bedrock Character Creator are currently broken or missing. These issues affect multiple cosmetic items, body model types, and other customization options.

The problems include: Shy Blush Mouth appears in the list but can’t be equipped, Slim model option is missing “only Classic model is available”, Other cosmetics (like face accessories, hair, or emotes) are selectable but don’t equipping, Character appearance doesn’t update even after saving.

I have tested this on: PS5, PS4, iPadOS 18.5, and iOS 18.5. / With different Microsoft accounts and devices / After reinstalling the game, clearing storage, restarting, and switching internet networks. Nothing worked.

The issue happens on every device, with new and existing characters, and others online are reporting the same problems. This is not just a visual glitch, the Character Creator is not functioning properly, and many customization options are unusable. Please investigate to solve this problem and make them all equipable again and let us know if this is a known issue or if some cosmetics (like Shy Blush Mouth) were intentionally disabled.
