Description:
In version 1.21.90, changes were made to the collision detection of certain projectiles. These modifications have caused many previously functional trident-based mechanisms to fail in properly hitting and damaging mobs in this version.
How to Reproduce:
As shown in the image, when placing mobs at the corresponding height below a trapdoor and inserting tridents with a redstone clock activated, it can be observed that the tridents completely fail to hit or damage the mobs below.
Except Results:
This behavior is unreasonable. In all previous versions, such structures could normally damage mobs below. However, due to changes in version 1.21.90, this issue now causes many farms relying on this design to break. This is unacceptable and should be fixed by either optimizing the current system or reverting to the old version's mechanics.
