Vibrant Visuals: End portal blocks disappear when viewed from certain angles

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Set Graphics Mode to Vibrant Visuals.

2. Create a world with seed: 4343680992885489789

3. /tp @s 1965.39 25.00 1184.67

4. Activate this end portal

5. Fly aroung and look at the end portal, maybe exit and reenter the world.

Expected result:

All the end portals are visible from any perspect.

Actual result:

Some end portal blocks disappear when looking at it from certain angle.
