Vibrant Visuals: Reflections on Xbox Series S only reflecting a single block

I'm on series s and have owned a one s. So when playing on series s with the beta and preview using ultra for reflections, I noticed only a single block tall reflection despite seeing better on other platforms. Even on older hardware with the xbox one s I had noticed better reflections as it could reflect an entire tree in most cases.
