Log in issue

I have been trying to log into my minecraft on my PlayStation 5 for about a year. This is honestly ridiculous i now know why i switched to sony in the first place. Microsoft takes care of none of there customers. I would be embarrassed to work for them. Please help me fix this issue i have tried everything this website tells me to it tells me nothing but the same thing drowned or this account is linked to something else. How in the hell could a brand new account be linked to something else. This is an embarrassment to microsoft that they’ve let this bug happen for this amount of time. Considering getting a pc.
