Lagging constantly

Ever since the new update came out I can’t even play the game without extreme lag. I’ve tried making new worlds with VV turned off and I’m still lagging. Is this ever going to be fixed or can I just never play Minecraft without lag again?

Seems to be similar to MCPE-223474 .

I get the same thing but its on Switch.

My game freezes at random on the switch

And that’s been the case since the pale garden drop, I think 1.21.60
