Whenever it rains, the sky doesn't change to gray. It will get a little bit darker but it's still blue

The sky will start to get darker and then it will just stop even though it's still blue. The clouds turn orange but I can still see the sun. It happens on all of my worlds, even my experimental ones. It happens in every biome too. There is no fog
