[MCPE-223702] Cannot type, signs, seed, world name, book, anvil, signs and hanging signs,.

Steps to reproduce

Type in the specified fields.

Expected results

Being able to type.

Observed results

Can search marketplace. Add server details. Can type in server chat.

Cannot type in chat in my own worlds. Cannot type a world name at all. Cannot choose a world seed. Cannot search creative items. Cannot name anvil. Cannot type in book and quills. Cannot type in regular or hanging signs. CTRL/windows+V does not work.

What kind of keyboard and other input are you using? How is it connected to the PC? Are you using any HUD overlays?
