Our server crashed after breaking a stack of scaffolding (unplayably laggy and unable to interact with the environment), We logged out ~30 seconds and logged back in to be set back ~45mins to 1 hour ish.
Both issues sucked greatly… (un)Fun fact, this reset the loot from the mincart chests. An enchanting book was in there but not the same one (with fortune II).
This bug was fixed in 1.21.111 and mentioned in the official changelog, though without linking to this issue https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/the-copper-age---minecraft--bedrock-edition-1-21-111-changelog
“Repairing an item using the minecraft:repairable item component no longer fails when a stack larger than strictly needed is used as repair material”
The status should be “Fixed” rather than “Working as Intended” and 1.21.111 should be listed as a Fix Version.
I’m using a laptop. ASUS vivobook with the keyboard attached to it. I’m using minecraft straight from the box with no mods or add-ons.
Dittoing this (on android). There seems to be no way to get around this and it has broken every single world template I have. This needs a quick patch asap, being unable to use paid content is really rough.
So apparently the old launcher works but the new one that I'm being coerced into using doesn't.
Tried deleting everything minecraft from my computer and reinstalling and it still doesn't work.
Literally nothing. No crash, no messages, it just does not open. There is nothing to provide you other than, quite literally, hitting "PLAY" does a green loading bar at the bottom, and then nothing happens. Hitting "PLAY" again says there is a game currently open, but it's nowhere to be found in task manager.
This started happening after I restarted the game while getting low frame rates in a single player world.
Okay, so the issue with the pig is the same with the strider. When you give them a splash potion of invis, their saddle does not disappear.
@Avoma it seems like this issue has been around for a little, would it be fixed for the next update? Sure hope so.
@Avoma Yes that report does describe my horse issue, but it is happening again in 1.17.1 and I also tried it in 1.17 and the same thing occured. My theory is that the line of code about the horse bucking you off is not negated by the NoAI command but that's just what I think. On the other hand, the saddled pig one is probably an easier fix.
@Avoma Okay so basically, when you use a potion of invisibility on a saddled pig, the saddle doesn't turn invisible. My problem for the horse is that when you sit on a horse (saddled or not) that you summoned with no AI, it still moves on its own, (as in it moseys around). It's kind of like two reports in one; sorry.
I think you're trying to update Minecraft, which is impossible when you are offline.
yusufilus Wait Yes it is.
Actually, its porbably because you're playing in minecraft bedrock edition, which doesn't show the trophies. To see them you have to get into the skin customisation and press the "achievements" button and you'll see them! Its in minecraft Java that it shows, so probably not into your version
Ah, yes that works! Thank you!!
Right?

This is happening because name tags render to the main output target, making name tags output to another output target seems to fix the issue when using improved transparency option.
The comment above from 20 Jan 2025 is an unrelated issue, but seems to happen (not 100% sure, but confident) because the background of name tags get rendered with a depth (which then in turn becomes the Z axis) of -0.01. That issue gets more obvious when using the text background everywhere accessibility option with a high background opacity.
