Steps to reproduce
Make a hollow box with solid walls and roof to block out sunlight.
Inside the box, place water near the top and place any type of rail on the ground where it will not be broken by the water.
Go inside the water and look at the rails.
Expected result
The rails appear normal.
Observed result
The rails are glow light blue.
Note
This still occurs if the player and rails are exposed to sky light, but it is more difficult to see because the sky light is so bright that it washes out the blue shading (MCPE-223276).
When underwater (I was in a stream of water going straight down) rails that are outside of the water will turn blue and will slowly turn back to their original colors but will still be unaffected by the water and appear above it. (As if you put it on a layer above it on a image program). I am on the newest version of minecraft bedrock (not preview) on ps5 in a cave underneath a jungle with Vibrant Visuals on.
