I am making a map. I have already placed some command blocks with the /testfor [p=8] commands. But they were made in 1.0.9 version. Now on 1.1.0 version, i can't create /testfor @p[r=8] commands. Please fix it! Fix it as soon as possible.

The command selector for radius is probably bugged still in your version meaning it needs an ! like so for your example:
/testfor @p[r=!8]
