Loss of all previously purchased skins

I have been purchasing skins for Minecraft Windows 10 Beta for a little while now, and this morning there was a new update to the software updating the store system, which looked really nice. Now, though, when I try to open my games on my computer the message that I attached shows up and it seems as though all the things that I spent money on no longer exist for my account. Is there an error in loading, am I going to be reimbursed, can I get these skin packs back, or what's wrong? As well the software will not allow me to buy new coins to replace any of the resource packs I have already purchased.
