Thank you for your patience with this issue, it is obviously more than just a login issue for many players. The developers are aware of the problem and are working to fix it as soon as possible.

There are several reports of marketplace in-game purchases (DLC) not showing up after an update.
Marketplace purchases are linked to the Xbox Live account they were bought with.
You must be logged in to the same account that you were signed in to when you made the purchase.
Please go through the following steps to try and restore your purchases:
Check you are signed in to the same XBL account where you made the original purchase, then try to access your DLC.
On iOS, press the Restore Purchases button
If that does not work, try reinstalling the game:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall MCPE
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)
Reinstall MCPE
Sign in to your XBL account
If reinstalling the game and signing in still does not work, then you may have an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly, or the store where you made the purchase originally.

I have purchased the fallout mashup pack, I have a receipt from apple and my apple account balance shows I have paid, but I am unable to access my pack, it just shows up as being locked and asks me to purchase it when I try to use it. I purchased it on the 9th May 2017.

Followed the instructions, uninstalled on windows 10, reinstalled, logged in using the windows store account and xbox live account (same account) and i still don't have access to the fallout mashup pack. Do have access to all the texture packs just not the mashup pack. I hadn't purchased any of them from the marketplace. All of them were purchased prior to the market place being introduced
I am using Minecraft PE on an iPad and have also lost the fallout mashup. It was purchased via the minecraft app on 6 May 2017. We do not sign in to Xbox live within the app. The latest update has locked the worlds previously saved. I have tried the restore purchase button in the app and restarted the iPad but this has not helped. I look forward to this being resolved. Thanks

@Autumn. Many people had this problem, myself included, and it lasted for a couple of hours. It was apparently system-wide, and has since been resolved. Our packs and skins are now unlocked. I hope they are for you as well. If not, try restarting your game, or logging out of Xbox Live and logging back in again.
My problem is that on iOS i have the greek mythology mashup pack unlocked and was signed into my xbox live account, however, when I go onto minecraft on my laptop in the same xbox live account the market place doesnt show that I even own the pack. Is this a similar issue as as everyone else?

@unknown - It would be worth getting in touch with Mojang Customer Support directly, as this might be an issue they can help resolve. Is it possible that this was a pack that was purchased before the Marketplace was introduced? If so, then it may not be a pack that is eligible to roam cross-platform.
