I bought the Chinese Mythology on my iPad during 1.0.6 I have had it since then untill 1.1.1. It says I do not have it at all now! It does not do it with the Festive Mash Up or all the texture packs made with Minecraft. Please help.

Yes. All the packs and worlds my family have bought are now locked all all of our devices, unless I'm logged into the xbox account that the purchase was made under. My kids can't access content I bought under my account and I can't access content I originally bought on my kids' devices.
I am having the same issue with my account. I bought the Fallout and Greek Mash Up Packs last month and now after the update I can no longer use them after the update. I can't access my worlds that I used the templates for them in. It shows that I bought them in my Microsoft account.
I got refunds from the Microsoft Store on two mashup packs I had locked on me. I've heard people have been getting refunds from the Apple Store, too.

I can confirm. I can no longer access previously purchased mash-up pack templates or worlds created by such, except for the Festive Pack. This affects Greek, Chinese, and Fallout. I updated June 20, 2017, on iOS, version 1.1.1 Build 389547, created June 17, 2017. [Restore] button does not restore purchases. I updated on iPad. I did not update on iPhone, so correct purchases/"owned" still shows there.
