[MCPE-22838] After updating MCPE on my iPad to version 1.1.1, my Fallout mash up is locked even though I have already purchased it.

After updating to version 1.1.1 my Fallout pack has been locked even though I purchased it. I see numerous other users have same issue.

I've read where some people have gotten refunds via the Apple Store. I got a full refund for two mashup packs from the Microsoft Store.
