Fall-Out Mash-Up Purchase Missing

I purchased the Fall-Out Mash-Up and had been using it successfully with no problem. After the recent update, the game is telling me I can't even open the Fall-Out worlds I've been playing unless I buy the pack...again???
I tried the "restore" button in the store which did nothing. I waited about 45 minutes for it to restore my purchases.
I'm logged in to my XBox live account (that I had to make), my AppleID hasn't changed, so I don't know how my purchases went missing. I even have iTunes purchases to prove I bought the pack and skins.
As you can see, I have played the worlds. Which you can't do unless you buy them. P
