Creeper spawned in the world appeared to be a charged creeper but was not. (it had the charged texture)

basically, a bug where any creeper spawned would appear to be a charged creeper but was really a normal one with the charged creeper texture. The bugged creeper would also have the unanimated texture. Sorry. but I’m also not sure what version this affects. The latest Bedrock version, perhaps?

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to survival mode on bedrock.

2. wait for night.

3. walk around until you find the bugged creeper.

OR

1. go to creative mode on bedrock.

2. spawn a creeper with an egg.

NOTICE: The Bug ONLY happened when I was using the Classic Texture Pack.
