I can't create any tools, because the only blocks I can destroy are dirt and trees i only used my fists
also i see no tile drops in gamerule setting
Maybe it could have been a hacker pretending to look like herobrine, or you just saw some other mob look like a zombie.
I have, too, been experiencing this problem sometimes on rare occasions, the only fix for me was going in the game files and removing the profiles that were unremovable.
How is that even possible? Villagers can't fly!
This is almost related to mine, but a flying villager that can go through the village house wall, and mine's in Minecraft: Java Edition.
