I used the command block to tp the bottom, and placed the sea lantern block and Light Weighted Pressure Plate on top. I pressed it but couldn't tp. However, I could tp with other blocks, but not the sea lantern block. Minecraft Official I think this is a serious bug. Minecraft Official Place fix this bug.

This is working as intended, see MCPE-187502.
This works as intended for Java parity. Previously this did work however they changed what blocks can be powered so they reverted the sea lantern block not to be powered by a redstone pulse
