When looking through glass underwater, no matter what time of day the sky looks black. This screenshot was taken in the afternoon (you can see the sun there).

I have this too. The sky does go black if the water is flowing. MCPE-228343
The same does not happen when looking through just water or just glass, only through glass and water.
