[MCPE-22480] Shulker box doesn't open if you stand on it

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a shulker box
2. Stand on it
3. Look down and try to open the shulker box
4. It will not open

As addition, entities will not also forced to go up like on PC

I can confirm this issue. We have been closing them as dupes of MCPE-11769 (wai) but we'll wait to hear further confirmation from the developers regarding shulker boxes specifically.

Suggestion: WORKS AS INTENDED

When there is a non-transparent block or a mob in the direction the lid is opening into, it will not open. It's totally normal.
