With Vibrant Visuals on, The Sun is still visible even if it is raining.

For some reason, the Sun doesn’t disappear when I toggle rain, whether it is regular rain or thunderstorm rain. It looks too weird to me. The sun usually disappears a few seconds after it starts to rain, but with VV on, it doesn’t disappear.

Steps to reproduce

#1: Turn on Vibrant Visuals (If you don’t already have that on)

#2: Enter a world with cheats on

#3: Use commands to set the weather to rain or thunder

#4: And then press Enter.

If you didn’t know about this, you would expect the sun to disappear, but in actuality, it doesn’t disappear at all. See image below for reference.
