[Vibrant Visuals] - When it rains, the sky remains clear

I have the Vibrant Visuals settings turned up to the maximum, but when it rains, instead of the sky becoming cloudy, it remains clear. Attached is a comparison of rainy weather with Vibrant Visuals VS normal graphics.
