zendesk request # 7019684 This is an existing issue. I am still unable to save my Realms world by downloading. It appears to download over about 30 minutes, then it says "An Error Occurred."

I have worked with several help people at [email protected] over the past year, and tried all of their many suggestions, to no avail. Now I’ve lost track of how to find this problem in the bug tracker. Can someone help me?
