Minecraft on Series X hasn’t been working, the marketplace only shows error D-0010. Skins, worlds, servers and friends don’t load, the only way to make it works is through the mobile hotspot, but I would like to play through the network cable or Wi-Fi. All other games are working normally, I even have Minecraft on Windows and on my cell phone, the problem only happens on the Xbox. After 2 weeks without a solution, one random day it started working again on its own, without me doing anything, in fact I had already given up and was just waiting, it worked well for 3 weeks and now the same problem has returned, exactly the same way. (the problem started in 1.21.90, was solved in 1.21.92 and now it happened again in 1.21.94)

I talked to Minecraft Support via Email, they game me several ways to solve the problem, they were: Uninstalling the game, clearing the game data and cache, logging out of all Microsoft accounts, NAT Troubleshooting (resetting the network and modem). I changed the networks, changed ports, changed DNS address, cleaned MAC, fixed the Teredo/IPv6, IPv4 and UPnP connection, activated QoS tagging (DSCP and WMM), tried hard reboot, updated Xbox software, and even new updates came out to fix bugs, and the problem persists. Xbox full reset (deleting all games and apps) didn't solve the problem either.
