Rabbits are not spawning in at all

Please edit your report to change the Affected Version to the version shown on the Minecraft title screen

My title screen shows v1.21.94, I had put 1.21.94hotfix on the initial report, I changed it to all of them now,

rabbits don’t spawn in cherry groves. They may have spawned outside the cherry grove and moved into a cherry grove

You are incorrect, footyfire737. Rabbits, do in fact, spawn in cherry groves.

If you have collected other naturally spawned animals nearby, then the cap on animal spawn may be full. Does this explain your issue?
