When I enter the nether in my realm, the whole realm crashes even if it's just me that is entering the nether everyone crashes

I have lost all my very good equipment that I've spent hours on collecting today after the nether lagged and I glitched into lava. The nether has been extremely laggy in realms recently and I request this bug is fixed very soon.
I have a problem in my Singleplayer world. Whenever someone joins, whether it is via LAN or via Xbox Live, as the game finishes loading the world and logging them in, there is INSANE lag from the time the message appears in chat that they joined the game all the way to the point where they are able to walk and do stuff in the world. It's annoying as crap! It even happens on my 5GHz Wi-Fi! Fix it!
I was in the nether at my blaze farm. It has a redstone smasher to damage the blaze. I think too many mobs are in the area and the redstone pushed it to crashing. I haven't been able to log in for a week because it crashes immediately or 5 seconds after login.
We seem to have the lag issue if there are two of us in the nether at the same time. When one leaves it lags. We also disconnect if we both stay in the nether for too long. We don't seem to have issues if there is only one of us going in and out of the nether at a time.

Crashes such as these are now logged automatically, so will be investigated further by the development team internally.

Since the 1.1 update, our realm has also been experiencing extreme lag as well as frequent crashes. Players traveling through the nether and also who are trying to connect to the game significantly increase the lag for all of the players currently on the realm.
