Dithering is applied to the emissive part of the Firefly Bush and Eyeblossom when the player's camera is near the block

The dithering added to increase visibility when inside sugar cane has also been applied to the emissive part of the Firefly Bush and Eyeblossom, resulting in the base texture being visible.

Steps to reproduce:

• Place a Firefly Bush or Eyeblossom

• Move close to the block

Observed results:

Dithering is applied to the emissive part of the texture, creating holes.

Expected results

The entire texture should always be solid without dithering applied.
