In bedrock multiplayer, the elytra doesn’t use the model as its normal model. It instead looks like you’re just standing up while flying, kinda looks like a moth. It isn’t anything game breaking and should be an easy fix. (This bug is only on multiplayer and only other people are able to see it) the photo below is not mine but it shows what the bug looks like.

The image you sent is actually mine, and yes, it affects the Nintendo Switch and iOS from the screenshots, and it cannot be worked around using the Super Mario Mash-up.
If you’re on mobile or PC, check the report you’re (intentionally) duplicating from for a workaround resource pack, also from me by the way.
