Invite player screen can be accessed from Social menu with multiplayer disabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. With Minecraft open, click Play

2. Click “Edit” (the pencil) on a world

3. Click Multiplayer

4. Disable multiplayer toggle

5. Click Play

6. On a world, open the pause menu

7. Click “Social”

8. Try clicking “Invite to Game”

Expected result: Step 8 would not be possible

Observed result: Step 8 is possible, but you cannot invite anyone as multiplayer is disabled (see “blank invite screen.png”).
