Lan games broadcast doesn't work when offline

lan games is a feature thats exist since pocket edition era where a player can host their world and other player can join the hosted world without needed to have internet connection

after some recent update, lan broadcasting feature is no longer can be used when there's no internet. its because when playing without internet, the game automaticaly disabled and greyed out multiplayer games. which also disabled lan games feature

step to produce

-lets say your device have connected to wifi or set up a mobile hotspot without internet connection

-go to one of your world setting

-activate "multiplayer game" and "visible to lan" in multiplayer section

-enter the world

Actual result

-"multiplayer game" automatically disabled thus also disabled and hide "visible to lan" setting

-other device on the same network cannot see the hosted world

expected result

-"visible to lan" setting should remain active

-other device on the same network can see and join the hosted world

In your report under the Actual result you mention “same connection” even though you are reporting this issue because you are unable to connect to LAN worlds without a connection. Please update your report as this is misleading

The connection I mean is reffering to offline connection.

In the video, my device is connected to a wifi at that time is currently offline (no internet). The lan feature should be working fine if the wifi I’ve been connecting can access internet.

But in my case is if the wifi have no access to internet, the lan feature is also stop working which it doesn't makes sense. because the lan feature doesn't rely on internet access at all

I hope this explain a bit more because all I wanted to do is have fun playing with my brother anytime even if I have no internet access
