The water_bucket and lava_bucket is missing from /give and /replaceitem. But bucket found at them.
There are too many blocks missing in /give and /replaceitem and even /setblock and /fill
水桶和熔岩桶都丢失从/give 和 /replaceitem. 但是在它们中找到桶。

/give @p bucket 1 0 = give me normal bucket
/give @p bucket 1 1 = give me milk bucket
And 2,3 don't give me anything...

Sorry to say, the water, lava and milk bucket it have different data value .Like :
-/give @p bucket 1 0 = it will give you normal bucket
-/give @p bucket 1 1 = it will give you water bucket
-/give @p bucket 1 2 = it will give you lava bucket
-/give @p bucket 1 3 = it will give you milk bucket
It same like replace item
