I didn't die, but the next time I booted up, I feel into the ocean in the middle of nowhere. Went into Creative mode to build compass and it took me back to water site. I built a second world, and after a few days it did the same thing. Although the thumbnail on the Menu page shows the right one, I respawn nowhere near the Fallout world.
