This was probably caused by your resource pack.

Are you using an original iPad Mini? If so, it isn't Microsoft's fault that you're using a slow tablet.

Did a few experiments and was able to reproduce the 3-high space issue. It looks like the hitbox got messed up.

Odd. Did you save after building the mansion? Also, maybe it somehow loaded an older version of the world? This happened to me yesterday and I couldn't figure out why. iPad Air iOS 10.2

Seems to be a bug with water mobs.
Also affects guardians and elder guardians.

That isn't possible-Minecraft 1.1 isn't compatible with iOS 7. Update to 10-you'll love it!

It could be that your phone is way too slow. Do you know what processor it has?

This also affects repeating command blocks, but I didn't think that it was a bug for some reason.
