Repeating command blocks in loaded chunks are stopped when rejoining the world

Important note : the bug only affects in loaded chunks

I placed 10 repeating command blocks, unconditional, always active in my world then I rejoin my world every command blocks are stopped until you reactive manually by doing this = { open a repeating, unconditional, always active command block then set the always active to need redstone, then close the command gui then again tap on that command block and set need redstone to always active the command blocks works again but when I rejoin again every repeating command blocks stops :_( }

I have checked this bug on 2 more android devices
