When standing atop a fully deoxidized copper golem statue, and summoning lightning, or throwing a channeling trident at a lightning rod above a fully deoxidized copper golem statue, the copper golem does not reactivate as it does when deoxidated with an axe. The expected result would be that the axe and lightning would have the same effect of activating a statue to become a working copper golem.

This isnโt mentioned anywhere in the changelogs and both work the same on java and bedrock. I donโt think it should be changed as people wouldnโt want copper statues being converted to copper golems if they were to be used in builds.

Currently axes remove oxidation and can reactivate copper golems. Copper golems under lightning rods (which can only be placed by players) do remove oxidation from the statue but do not reactivate the copper golem. If the devs intended one oxidation mechanic to reactivate and the other (lightning) not to reactivate then I appreciate the clarification.
