Bug with the hit box of stairs corners

The hit box was supposed to adapt to change graphics

The graphics have changed, but not the hit box

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ask a corner stair.
2.The texture indicates that it is a corner, but the hit box is the base of the stairs.

But hitbox was just added for signs, not for stairs, invalid

man, all blocks have hitboxes, sings the dark lined ones, and the others the glowing ones

Cleaning up all the old issues - please reply if this affects 0.9.3.
